Un piccolo problema alla ruota posteriore con un preventivo piu' alto di quello che poi in realtà ho pagato ( elemento per niente scontato oggi che di solito è invece l'esatto contrario al rialzo).Professionali, gentili, onesti, disponibili a qualsiasi spiegazione o dubbio. Esperienza davvero positiva! Ho noleggiato una gravel e tutto è andato alla perfezione: il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni domanda. Bici in ottimo stato che ha permesso di godermi la giornata senza problemi. Servizio efficiente e cordiale, lo consiglio assolutamente.

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen.Sehr schön waren die Routenvorschläge die auch für Kinder geeignet sind. So konnten wir gemeinsam eine abwechslungsreiche und sichere Tour genießen, die für alle gut machbar war.Insgesamt ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 🚲😊

It doesn’t get any better than YEP Bike. Don’t bother calling anyone else, they had the best bikes, the most wonderful guides, great prices and customer service was exceptional. I found YEP on google. My wife and I were arriving to port of Livorno on Norwegian cruise ship. We wanted to pack in a full day and see as much as possible. Our bucket list was: mountain bike ride, winery, pizza making class and transportation to and from port of Livorno. YEP planned the entire day for us. They had a whole itinerary with times for each activity. They even had showers at their bike shop. We enjoyed a guided bike ride on e-mountain bikes, private winery tour with lunch, and private pizza making class at Porta Verde. Lorenzo was our driver and guide for the day. He was awesome and Highly recommend. The YEP team can custom tailor a trip to your liking. You won’t be disappointed.

The team at Yep bikes were lovely from the start. I rented an e-bike for three days to accompany my husband who bought his own bike. Easy going and friendly and completely hassle free. The bike itself was comfortable and got me up all the hills of this extremely beautiful countryside and lasted a whole day of riding. Can totally recommend!

We rented 5 full suspension e-bikes to ride the trails at Roveta Trail Center. The bikes and the service at YEP bike was fantastic and the trails at Roveta were surprisingly good. I would love to come back to explore some more!

Great bike rental location, have lots of routes that are pre loaded from their shop. Went on 40 km gravel ride, affordable and staff was great/informative. Would highly recommend.

One of the most amazing things you can do when you visit, the views are incredible, the bikes easy to ride, the guides phenomenal! A must do!

We had a great experience with YEP BIKE. We rented two bianchi road bikes to cycle to San Gimignano which was lovely. They were very relaxed and accommodating, allowing us to collect the bikes the evening before.

Great service by Lorenzo! We enjoyed the 45km tour. Bar Divino, mid-circuit, was an amazing recommendation by Lorenzo. We enjoyed the scenic view all along the ride.

A very good rental company! Top-quality equipment, excellent service, and help in choosing the right bike. We also used the pick-up service from the apartment. Everything went smoothly and professionally. If you want to admire Tuscany by bike, I highly recommend them!

Great bikes, great toue, very friendly!

Rented four e bikes from Yep Bikes for our family of four and spent a lovely day cycling along a river that started right next to the bike shop, all off road so no cars to worry about for the kids. We’d never been on an e bike before and they were super easy to use and looked v new too and made cycling in the heat very easy. Lorenzo and Andrea in the shop were friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. They’ve got loads of routes to choose from in the shop so you just scan a code and it comes up in your phone.We had a great day and would thoroughly recommend.

Wir wurden bei YEP Bike super beraten und konnten die E-Mountainbikes sogar nur für den halben Tag mieten. Mit Helmen und Handyhalterung wurden wir vor Ort für die 2,5-stündige Route ausgestattet, die trotz Schotterpfaden für Anfänger geeignet ist.
Mille Grazie an Lorenzo und Andrea, die sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert haben und für eine unvergessliche Erfahrung in den Weinbergen der Toskana gesorgt haben!

Wir haben uns E-Mountainbikes für eine Radtour ausgeliehen und haben uns rundum super betreut gefühlt. Andrea und Lorenzo sind sehr freundlich und kompetent, sie haben uns eine schöne Fahrradroute mit tollem Blick auf die Chianti Region und die Weinberge empfohlen, die Strecke am Fluss könnte man jedoch kürzer halten. Die Räder sind in einem top Zustand und es hat Spaß gemacht damit zu fahren. Großes Plus auch für den Tischkicker im Laden.

Highly recommended if you want to experience the streets of Chianti among vineyards, olive trees and small villages. Andrea and Lorenzo helped us with everything we needed for a perfect bike tour!

This place was a lifesaver for me and my fiancé. We didn’t have a rental car and wanted to explore Tuscany, so they dropped off the bikes at our hotel and provided recommendations about where to go for the day. They were also very quick to respond via email and WhatsApp. We had the best time ever!

Considerando que envolve delivery eles são muitos atenciosos em moldar o horário do delivery de uma forma que fique boa para o cliente. Eu aluguei Bianchi, mas gostaria de deixar registrado que eles também fornecem bons capacetes!

Last minute hire and what a find! Very friendly and helpful. We had two high quality Bianchi bikes and it couldn’t have been easier to hire. This is a bigger shop than any other I came across online and so they have a great range of options. Highly recommend.

Ambiente molto rilassato e giovane, molto semplice sia la prenotazione che il ritiro della bici.
Abbiamo noleggiato due E-mtb full e siamo andati sulla roveta li vicino (dove sono presenti percorsi anche downhill), nonostante fossimo privi di allenamento, siamo riusciti a divertirci dove altrimenti, con una muscolare, saremmo senza dubbio dovuti tornare indietro.
Esperienza consigliata per chi vuole fare una giornata diversa anche senza esperienza e allenamento in MTB

Von Anfang bis Ende war alles top organisiert: Die Buchung ging super einfach, das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Fahrräder waren in einwandfreiem Zustand – modern, gepflegt und sehr bequem zu fahren. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, wie flexibel und unkompliziert alles ablief. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Wer eine stressfreie und qualitativ hochwertige Fahrraderfahrung sucht, ist bei YEP genau richtig. Ich komme definitiv wieder!
